    (Last updated 12.02.2014)

We are pleased that you visit our website and thank you for your interest in our group of companies and services. The protection of your privacy while you browse our websites is important to us. Therefore, please note the following information:

    1. Anonymous data collection

You can basically visit our websites without telling us who you are. We only save the name of your internet service provider, the website you are visiting us from and the name of the requested file. This information is evaluated for statistical reasons at most and serves to improve our offer. As an individual user you will remain anonymous.

    2. Collection, processing and use of personal data

Personal data are only collected if you ask us to enter into a contract, request a reservation or ask us to send you information material via e-mail or post. Without your explicit consent this data will only be used to enter a contract or to handle your requests. After contract conclusion and full payment your data will be saved in line with tax and commercial law record-keeping periods. Upon expiry of these periods your data will be deleted unless you have approved further usage. Your provided e-mail address will be solely used for advertising purposes, and only if you have expressed your consent as follows:
“Information via e-mail (and via post)”. Your e-mail address will not be passed on to third parties outside of the group*.

The collected personal data will be passed on to the related companies* during the service booking process if necessary to complete the service. We will forward your payment data in the course of the payment process to the authorised credit institute.

    4. Cookies

Our website uses so-called “cookies” which help us to make our page more user-friendly, more effective as well as faster – for instance when it comes to the acceleration of the navigation. In addition cookies enable us to measure the frequency of page visits and general navigation. Cookies are small text files which are saved on your computer system. We note that some of these cookies are transferred from our server to your computer system – these are so-called “session-cookies”. “Session-cookies” are characterised by the fact they are automatically deleted from your hard drive after you close your browser. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. Each time you visit one of our pages which uses such a plugin, it causes your browser to load and display the optical display of the Facebook server. The Facebook server will be notified which pages of our website you are currently visiting.

If you are a Facebook member and are logged in to Facebook while surfing on our page, Facebook will recognise which page you are currently visiting on our website via the information sent by the plugin and will assign this to your personal user account on Facebook. If you confirm one of the plugins, for example by clicking on the “like” button or leaving a comment, your information will be sent and saved to your personal user account on Facebook. In addition, Facebook will be informed that you have visited our website regardless of whether or not you have confirmed the plugin.

To prevent sending and saving of your data and browsing behaviour by Facebook, you need to log out from Facebook before you visit our website. Please refer to Facebook’s privacy policy if you want to find out more information regarding collection and usage of your data by Facebook, your rights as well as settings to protect your privacy.
